Management does nothing about ratchet tenants and their kids!!! Management allows ratchet tenants to rule the complex!!!! Very noisy community. Never can keep a maintenance person. NASTY, FILTHY tenants that create roach infestations. Pest control is covered under lease agreement but management will use every excuse under the sun to not call a pest control company!!!!!!! Some tenants have been waiting over a year for apartment repairs!!!!! The A/C units are always going out and they only have ONE repairman for all 9 of their properties!!! If you are not on Section 8, please dont waste your time moving here. Gateway mgmt seems to favor unruly,, ghetto tenants.Just know that if you complain too much about ANYTHING here, you will be met with a bad attitude from mgmt and threatened with a lease violation. more ... hide ...

My name is Shaunte and I moved in 10/2021 and I thought I was a nice community until June 8 2022 when I was out of the house housing when into my house and was going through my personal items when questioned about the i ncident and reported it the head director mark requested that I move out of the apartment due to my questioning of illegally searching my house when I wasnt home. Mark the director is not a nice man he will not listen to nothing you have to say they dont care if you are right be careful renting from this housing authority. They adjusted my rent more than it was supposed to be and had to get that back to what it was supposed to be and are bad about fixing things in the apartments! more ... hide ...

Ask Colleen (property manager,)why you pay for a security gate that hasnt worked in years, garbage pick up for a select group that again you pay for. Ask Colleen why black people are paying more than anyone else for these amenities. The gym had nothing in it for how long??? Yet you paid for it???? Ask Colleen about black people 3 day evictions. Ask Colleen why she hasnt done anything about the mold, roaches, toilets that havent worked in months. Ask Colleen why she hasnt done ANYTHING for the people of color yet has a 5 star rating from the people with money. There is unfortunately too many videos, people comparing leases, a petition now. Know that you havent fallen on deaf ears¦And if you have children please know that the shootings and the stalking have police reports that are public record and free. more ... hide ...
