I have lived here for over a year and have experienced nothing but grief and regret. The apartment itself isnt too bad. It is obvious, though the renovations werent well thought out or executed. I have had snakes in my home due to pest control not spraying every week, in which I pay for. My mailbox was broken for months, so much so that a bird built a NEST in my mail unit. I have had packages stolen and management has done nothing. Not to mention the many other mail units that are sitting open with mail containing private information. The manager, Breanna as well as her employees, Lauren and Kristen, have only given me the run around about the issues I face in the apartment. This is poor reflection on Aspen Square Management seeing as I have leased with the company on another property. Do not make the same mistake I did. more ... hide ...
