NEW TENANT ALERT ¨I called in late August, early September looking for a 2 Bedroom apartment, when I called the Leasing Manager, Mrs. Lauren, was exceptionally pleasant, but stated they would not have anything for at least 6 months! My lease at my current apartment was due to end December 31, 2021! I work in Lawrenceville and lived in Stone Mountain and have been driving 45 minutes each way every day!! Last year I had brain surgery and desperately needed to be closer to my employer! I prayed on it!! One day I woke up and said, Im going to give it another try I called again the end of September just to double check and BOOM!!! Mrs. Lauren said We just had something open up for November!!! Do you know I was so happy and excited, that I didnt care about paying 2 rent amounts at 2 places, just so I wouldnt let this opportunity pass me by!! Mrs Lauren is very inviting and caring in every way! As soon as I put my application in, within days I was approved! I came to view the apartment and so many people came out to introduce themselves and welcome me to the neighborhood!! I moved in November 14, 2020 and dont regret a thing!!My entire stairwell neighbors are GREAT!I must say, not only are my neighbors great, The entire Leasing Team are excellent! Michael the maintenance man is so sweet and takes care of business!! My apartment is very spacious and clean!! My daughter absolutely loves it!! If youre looking to move here, you wont be disappointed..... I feel at home now¥ more ... hide ...

I noticed my review has been deleted WELL HERES AN UPDATED 1. Im trying to rent at this property but for some reason nobody is ever in the office. Ive called nonstop, left multiple messages, even stopped by a few times to nobody being in the office. Heres the kicker, who goes to lunch at 4pm when the office closes at 5:30? Yes a sign was left in the window that read OUT TO LUNCH to nobody ever returning. I even went as far as selecting the option for maintenance and they didnt even answer the phone. If someone knows something I dont know please let me know. more ... hide ...
