This place hires the worst staff. Always unprofessional. Constant turn over with staffing so no one can get their Stories straight. The apartments may appear updated but pluming and AC units are from the Stone Age. and forget your apartment being any sort of cold during the summer.Roaches and bugs are constant. To get anyone to pick up the phone in the staffing office is a joke. They are extremely passive aggressive and beyond rude. Not to mention just constant trash. Hard working folks live here and pay rent. We deserve a safe and healthy environments for our families and ourselves. Please move anywhere but here.If you have any issues I highly recommend either getting a lawyer or have a health inceptor officer come out. Check your vents in the bathroom for mold!!!! Your health isnt worth cheap rent!!! more ... hide ...

They get 1 star just because the assistants in the leasing office are horrible with communication. I did my application, sent what the documents they asked for. I didnt hear from them until a week later. Still asking me for my documents I had already sent, which keeps prolonging the time that I could have moved in. They sent the rental verification to my old apartments, another week goes by. I even tried emailing to ask have I been approved, no response. I even went up there to ask to just to make sure. I got promised that Ill get an email. Another week!! I had to get in contact with my old apartment to see if they received the rental verification, which they did, but it was blank. Unfortunately, they told me that Gardens at Camp Creek were suppose to fill it out, but when I told the leasing assistant that, she said no, Im suppose to fill it out. I wonder how if it wasnt sent to me¤. She \"volunteered\" to fill out for me to send to my old apartments. Then she said if she doesnt have the verification by the next day, she would move on from me. So guess what email I got? \"Sorry we cant move on with your application\", etc. Wth!! No effort whatsoever!! It is what is. Im not meant to live in that sorry place anyway. Hope it works out for someone else more ... hide ...
