If I could give this place a zero star rating I would.The landlord is rude and does not care about her tenants. I moved in with my boyfriend. And she knew I was a domestic violence victim and ran from the area my ex was. And it took her FOUR months to add me to the lease. And we only found out that I was not the lease due to her trying to eviction usus...even though we were paying in advance for the next month. Then after we were caught up and paying in advance...\"somehow\" weGot behind again and we were payin in advance...we tried to move out and she never answered her phone...or if she did she painted us in the worst possible light as tenants...we had issues with another Tennant that was making our life hell and were trying to leave due to it and we needed a bigger place.our water heater died as well as ouasr ac unit and it took two weeks to get them replaced in the middle of a heat wave. And it took cps stepping in to get it to happenhappen.It took three months to get a new fridge; and only after I threatened to take the rent money and go out and get a new fridge and put it in ourselves and we would take it when we left...the next day we had a new fridge...and this was afafter both me n my boyfriend put in multiple repair requests. All that maintenance man did was turn the know for the temperature in n the freezer...which I flat out told him I did. And the freon unit in the fridge was dying.100% the worst place to live ever and it is not even worth the priceprice they are putting them at.Our landlord even posted our rent payment 3 WEEKS late...and it happened all the timeDo NOT GO HERE!!!! more ... hide ...

I wish their Landscapers would would do their job and rake up their fall leaves and dispose of them correctly as my husband did this past Sunday. We rake up all of the leaves from THEIR tree in our yard and never say an ything about it. Then their Landscapers BLOW all the leaves from the apartment side over the fence and into our yard creating a new mess. Come clean up your mess boys and I will take down my review. more ... hide ...

The negatives:While I was living here my rent was raised twiceThey inspect your apartment twice a year, meaning they come inside and look in every room, which feels like an invasion of privacyThese buildings were built a s cheaply as possible, so everything from the cabinets to the floor and doors looks cheap.The floors and walls are thin so if youve got noisy neighbors youre going to be hearing them a lot.Absolute mountains of paperwork, and if it takes you a while to get it done, theyll start sending you letters threatening to evict you.The Positives:Its safeTheres a grocery store and a few fast food places just up the roadThe manager was friendlyThe parking area is plowed in the winterI got my entire security deposit back with no fuss, even though they had to do some minor touch up work on the paintOverall Id say this is a fine place to live if its still one of the cheapest places in town, but if theyve raised it up to a similar rate to other complexes than Id say look elsewhere. more ... hide ...
