Ive been a resident for almost 5 years now. My boys and I have enjoyed living here, especially over the past year. We now have new staff who truly takes care of our needs quickly! Theyve worked extremely hard to make any improvements and changes that were greatly needed. Maintenance has been working extremely hard as well, making sure any repairs or landscaping is done beautifully. Our pool has been maintained all summer as well as winter care for our sidewalks and parking areas. They came on board from previous owners and managers who didnt put thought or care into the community. Candace and her team are incredible not only on the side of business but building relationships with the residents too. We have a nice complex here and I am excited to see how it keeps changing and growing. Definitely would recommend Chelsea Court, neighbors, and our amazing management here. more ... hide ...

I do not recommend leaving here. I have lived here for almost 6 years. The worst ever management. They dont know how to run the property. This spend a lot of money on the outside the property to look nice. And from i nside its old. If you want to see the manager is going to take you one week and if you have a work order is going to take them two weeks to fix. I moved out from this property I have cleaned the apartment I returned the apartment in a great condition and The property manager inspect my apartment she told There is no damage in the apartment and its clean. The will refund my full deposit. I got my deposit after 3 months just $90 and I tried to reach them to talk with them that why they charge me this much For no reason. they didnt reply my yet. more ... hide ...

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone ever! Or having anything replaced or fixed in less than 2 months. You are not a priority, no one cares enjoy the black mold. Every person they have brought into that office is inco mpetent. If I could give no stars or a half star I would. more ... hide ...

Had a hard time getting into the front door to get application! But not bad so far! It was worth it! Now am waiting for an apartment to open up and then I can enjoy my upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom with full kit chen and for less money per month!!
