Its a nonsmoking property but I have to walk through clouds of smoke to get to my apartment or car. There are butts everywhere. People walk their dogs and dont clean up after them so you step in it in the dark. All unit s used to have carpet throughout but has been replaced with lamenat flooring. It is so loud if youre in the lower units. The upper tenants cant even walk down the hall without it sounding like theyre stomping. No insulation against noise or cold. Power bill has gone up considerably this past winter because of the carpet removal. Basement apartment used to stay a fairly even temperature. It was very cold this winter. Great floor plan and good size except the kitchen has very little counter space or storage. Laundry hook-ups are a plus. Every day someone drives in and just sits in their car with the music cranked up. All you hear for at least an hour (sometimes two) is thum thum, thum thum, ....... more ... hide ...

I was not handled well at the end of my lease when I moved out. I cleaned out my apartment and they charged me $120 for cleaning a cleaned empty 1 bedroom apartment. No communication from the administration. I called Sar ah about 10 times a week, left voicemail 4 times and no answer. I drove there and she was sitting in her office doing nothing and no answering my call. Oh and I had 5 mice. Picture attached. I had my lease until end of June and I told her I can move out earlier just to be nice and let them rent out earlier.I paid the whole month and she didnt let me check my mailbox one day before my lease ended. I never leave bad reviews or any reviews but how she handled me is not okay. more ... hide ...
