Amazing! I felt right at home here. The ladies in the office are super sweet and they go above and beyond to help those who need it! I lost my mom in 2016. The same year I became a mother myself. I never felt like I had a home until I got my first apartment which was here. I highly recommend this place. The maintenance guys are pretty cool too. Very nice people. more ... hide ...

Im not a resident here, but my mother has lived here for nearly 20 years. During that course of time, there has been a change of management at least four times. There have been some pretty good ones, not so good ones , and average ones. But the current manager (Charise) truly stands out as a shining star. She gets things done, has great attention to detail, and certainly knows how to manage. I admire her professionalism. There are consistent communications via email that keep residents informed of whats going on at the property(building improvements, maintenance, etc.) and what expectations are. What impresses me most though is her ability to be both a professional leader as well as a kind and thoughtful human being. Its quite rare that a manager has a combination of all of those traits.I visit my mother here twice a week. The buiiding is always quiet, clean and inviting. I never hear anything through the walls, so either my mother lucked out with super quiet neighbors or this place has solid construction!! Ha! A few years back, the entire building went through renovations and modernizations. I love the improvements! My mother is quite content here and if youre considering the Laurel Flats, I think youll be pretty happy as well! more ... hide ...
