Wouldnt even give this place a 1 star, but have to, to at leave review. I work for one if the residents in the building as an aid. I have had to call the office several times due to noise complaints, but they dont seem to want to do anything about it. The residents in the upper floor keep the music so loud u can hear it downstairs in the hallway word for word. Even with pest control there is still a lot of bug issues. Apparently nothing is being done correctly to improve the situation. They need to get on one in the office who isnt afraid of doing whats right to make the residents be in a better place. They cant even seem to get rid of the drugs in here either. Just walking down the hall u can get a contact buzz from most apartments in this place. Clean the place up or tear it down. more ... hide ...

I am currently living in Lancaster while im getting my masters and it is perfect. It is ideal for undergrad students who want to be near campus and nightlife. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and the shared living sp ace is a perfect size. A plus is that rent is super affordable! more ... hide ...

*EDIT*If you look at the reply to my review as comfort that they fix their mistakes, dont. No one reached out to me or my wife, we had to contact them ourselves. We finally got our money HOWEVER..despite us telling them several times that we had moved, giving them our new address, and confirming they had it it..it was still sent to our old address. Luckily we were in a position where we still had access to it and could get the check.Pathetically slow administration! While my wife and I were looking to rent, we found a greystone listing and responded. We filled out what needed to be filled out and sent in the deposits in the form of money orders. We were then told that they had made a mistake and the apartment wasnt actually available because it had been rented out days prior and the individual helping us simply didnt know. Which was fine, we were disappointed but understanding. We were sent back our money orders but soon found out we were unable to cash them as they had been made out to greystone. We then contacted the office and were told that we could send them back and they would cash them and send us the money. What has followed has been 3 months of excuses, lies, and the run around game. It seems at this point weve been tricked into making an unwilling donation and will never get our money back. Based off of this experience, I would never rent from this place, it is clear the office is ineffective and does not care. I would be terrified if I was a resident at the half hearted snails pace my problems would be solved. more ... hide ...
