I came to the Vincent house from a totally different city with to kids basically just the clothes on our backs and nowhere to go. After my first interview we moved in after only 24hrs. They gave so much help so much info rmation. My family was there for 5 months and we not only gained help and community access but a family Ms.May, Ms. Lamay, and Ms.Vanessa are the best they have a program for the kids where my kids fell in love with Ms. Nae Nae. I came with nothing I left with a fully furnished affordable home. They still call and check in offer help! I OWE THEM SO MUCH! THANK YOU MS.DENISE!!!! more ... hide ...

Management is super rude. Hallways always dirty. Management will put notes on your door for when maintenance or someone will be in your home and after you arrange your day around them they dont come, this has happene d multiple times. During an inspection they said that closes on the floor of my closet was a fire hazard but they can have a ladder in the hallway for months at a time. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed. We were told we could only make $10,000 between my husband and I to be able to live there. You cannot receive government assistance and you cannot be a student. Our rent was $600 not including electric or gas. To only make $10,000 we could only make $833 a month which we could not live on with rent that high and still having to pay for electric, gas, groceries, and everyday things. Before we even had our interview to renew the lease (which we did not do) they put a note on our door saying they were raising the rent $30. I do not recommend living here unless you want to be constantly stressed out and irritated. more ... hide ...

This place is garbage and the workers are useless (because everything is over their head). Should be condemned. And if you think youre moving here to save money, think again, because their windows and doors arent updated which makes your electric bill double, sometimes triple the amount it would be at another apartment. Its been 3 months since I reported a mold problem. Havent fixed it. Reported it to the health department but the owners of these apartments didnt flinch because theyre used to dealing with them. more ... hide ...

I use to live here. I was there for two years. 2013-15. Looking at the photos and reviews it has really gone downhill. It was not great then. But at least livable. When I moved in the stairs in my hall had a burn hole in them. And it took them about 6 months to fix. And for two months one summer my AC was out. I personally experienced nothing else too bad. But there was also a dead body found in the lake behind my unit: not the best. It really is a black whole in the middle of a cute town. more ... hide ...
