I lived here 2 years. I moved in 9/2019 and moved Oct 2021. Management and maintenance was the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. My window panel blew in from a bad storm and damaged my blinds they never replaced t hem I called over 10 times. Air filters are supposed to be changed regularly and there is also supposed to be regular inspections on units windows faucets, electricity etc. My air filter was left on my front porch in the rain. I never had an inspection or my air filter changed. My walls in the hall of my stair way leaked all winter from improper insulation. Fridge sounded like a motorcycle. Vent in my bathroom didnt work. These are all issues I reported several times that were never taken care of. There has been 4 different property managers in 2 years, all of them rude and unresponsive. None of the maintenance orders are being completed and for awhile the excuse was Covid. They never answer the phone or return calls. I emailed corporate about issues got no response. My neighbor on my right side said her sink has been leaking for over a year. My neighbor on the left has been on property for 8 plus years is older, has been having serious mold issues the entire time. I could smell the mold from the side wall when she opened her front door. They told her to run her A/C continuously and this was the only solution they offered up. I paid $750 in deposits including a refundable pet fee. They sent me $440 back of my deposit stating my carpet was urine soaked. Ive worked from home the entire time I lived here and took my dog out regularly this is false. I asked how was this confirmed property manager stated they pulled up the edge of carpet and looked at it. They are crooked and thieves highly do not recommend renting here or any Pedcor property. They will collect your money and give you keys to a barely habitable apartment. more ... hide ...

I have been living in these apartments since the beginning of February. And this is the worst apartment establishment I have ever lived in. Since I moved in, I had to place 3 work orders. 1, I had a cracked tile in the bathroom . 2, constantly having a roach problem. Especially in the hallway. 3, closet door fell off the hinges and I barely move it. Out of those 3 work orders, only 1 was fixed. The maintenance came in to fix my closet and that was all. And also I reported about my refrigerator not working how its supposed to. And NO MAINTENANCE has came to give me a new refrigerator. And I reported this , back February 27. And the office is telling me that they go based off emergencies for work orders. Some of the workers here are nice expect for the assistant manager. It was a simple miscommunication and very big misunderstanding that the assistant manager took way out of hand. I was only trying to obtain information that I was never told about the parking permit when I first signed the lease. The assistant manager was very rude, disrespectful, and was not professional. She basically blamed me for not handing in my registration for my car and if I didnt understand it that I should have never signed the lease. And also, my car was towed due to me not having this permit sticker that I was never informed on when I first signed my lease. Im going to be breaking my lease soon, because I feel that this establishment does not care about there tenants. more ... hide ...
