My mother lives here and I have found the maintenance shoddy, the appliances and fixtures old or jury-rigged. The management is rude and speaks to the tenants in a harsh voice as though they were \"bad children\". When m aintenance is needed they are asked \"What did you do to it, did you break it?\", or \"Thanks to you we had to pay an electrician to fix this, you know this is costing us money!\"....its wiring, REALLY...do you think my 72 yr old mother got into the wiring and did something? Water pressure or lack of water has been an issue and my Mom has had no water for days at a time. When I approached the maintenance person for the 2nd day, she got nasty and said it was on her list. The overall environment is good, the tenants are very friendly, general building is fine. The management and maintenance is a huge negative. I do not talk to my mother as a child and neither should they. Management tries to intimidate and bully.....need new management and then new maintenance that is qualified to do repairs correctly. more ... hide ...

I GIVE ZERO STARS...... HARASSMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN A REPAIR IS NEEDED. WILL NOT FIX REPAIRS, including water damage, in a timely manner. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. ALLOWS STALKING FROM FELLOW TENANTS , THAT TESTIFY AND COMMIT PERJURY BUT WILL NOT HELP OUT WITH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE. MISSING PACKAGES. 11 DAYS AND WATER DAMAGE REPAIR NOT FIXED, BOARD IS WRECKED. BOWING IN FLOORS, BOWING OF THE UPSTAIRS STAIRWELL (can view from basement), NO OTHER REPAIRS DONE. followed by harassment for being loud at 1:30 pm for cleaning my childs room/ toy box, no noise ordinance, so cannot even clean your apartment without harassment.Water damage is worse and still leaking pipe. 12 days as of 7/19/22 that management Nancy has done nothing to fix, beam is at risk of failure n damaging rest of beams. Just signed my 2nd year lease last month. Ive never had any issues hearing my neighbors or with the complex itself. Kia has always been amazing to work with. Shes professional, friendly, and genuine. This would be a 5 start if it was the first day I moved in. The only way I could leave a review is by giving a star ( and I want that back). I call in for maintenance work. The orders arent started until 2-3days later an d even with that, the maintenance people tell you\" oh I have to go get something, Ill be right back\" they never come back until you put the work order back in and the process starts all over again. I lost a key card to the laundry room. Ok, my fault I pay the replacement fee, but I have to wait until Ms. Cathy decides she wants to do some work. My air conditioner went out. I asked how long before the air unit will be looked at. The front desk tells me its in the system. Oh well thanks for that but still leaves me guessing. Now with this review I wonder how long before the harassment begins? My tub needs to be reglazed, they said you only get one time glaze. But if you had not rushed the first glaze job before I moved in I wouldnt need another. Its just a lot...look diligently before signing your lease. more ... hide ...
