Everything was great until Mrs. Teresa stopped working here. New manager was never at the office & if you leave a message she does not return calls. We had 2 months left until lease was up & no no one would get back with us regarding this. When 30 days were left, there was a form on my door asking me to renew our lease. We declined since we already had a home to move into. We were told we would do a walk through of the house prior to leaving but no one ever got back with us to schedule this (we contacted her multiple times and did not hear back). We left without getting a proper walk through. She never returned our call regarding our deposit. We received a letter months later saying we wouldnt get our deposit back plus $600+ bill for new carpet and paint. The unit was left spotless. We ask to meet with her discuss bc there was not any damage to the carpet but no call was ever returned. We waited so long the balance was moved to a creditor, when we reached out to pay it the bill was actually only $400. A previous tenant there told me she was billed more then what the bill actually was when she moved out too. It seems Glen Lake likes to profit by screwing people over. Also, if you move into APT 204 youll have to deal with an old lady that complains about you walking around your complex at 1pm in the afternoon. more ... hide ...

In addition, the community engagement activities are instrumental in providing a greater sense of community and family.I have recently, relocated to Georgia and I would like to say thank for providing a home away from home to a person who had no family within a 200 miles radius.
