The absolutely WORST place to live in greenville, If your under the age of 65. The landlord \"Debra\" makes the living conditions a living hell. Always treats people like their beneath her, never makes eye contact, never speaks to you. I hope you dont rent from this place because of the pool because. No more the 2 guest PERIOD. NOT EVEN IF ITS YOUR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY NO EXCEPTIONS. Its almost like jail. Your not allowed to be on the front porch. Only in the back. At 10 months I was told they werent going to renew my lease which was fine. But the problem came in when there was no explanation given. A year later I worked on a neighbors car that lives out there. And come to find out my lease wasnt renewed because of my boxtruck not having any logos , that I informed that I had before moving out there. Now how is I had to find out why my lease wasnt renewed from a RESIDENT instead of the landlord. Which now means she will tell your business to everyone but you. Now heres the kicker if you drive out there after 6-7 youll see a black boxtruck out there with no logos, the irony¤¦¤¦¤¦. So whats the difference its the same size as mine. Shes always staring at you but never speaks. I also buy, fix, assemble furniture so many times I would have to drive my truck to my front door and take boxes in and furniture out. If for any reason you dont believe me I have voice recordings of these interactions. Or just go in and speak with her youll see exactly what Im talking about.MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.Ps Im not here to slander anybodys name. I wrote this to give a perfect explanation on how the living conditions are here. more ... hide ...

Ive been living at Harmony Place for the last 6 months and to say I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home. I cannot voice my appreciation and to acknowledge the professionalism, dedication and the f riendliness displayed by Sherita Anderson (Community Manager) who runs the premises so well with the utmost professionalism and having to wear several hats. Not to mention John who takes care of the maintenance, the cleanliness of the building and the urgency when needed. I would recommend for anyone considering! more ... hide ...
