I delivered here to customers. Not easy to access and the staff is rude and unprofessional. Access and the layout of this complex feels like it was designed by a dyslexic 5 year old. I live in 2508. Parking is terrible back here. I cant go to the store, work or anywhere else without worrying about having to park two parking lots away from my unit. We pay over 1100 in rent, and cant even park close to our door because management is too lazy to assign parking. Our neighbors have 3 to 4 cars per unit, most of which dont even have a valid registration/tag, which is actually a violation of the propertys parking policy. We are charged monthly for pest control and they have never came to my unit, even upon request. I have resorted to the use of essential oils to deter most pests. Management is also slow to resolve things. I have a friend that stays on the property as well. He has had to sleep in 80 degree plus temps, for weeks because his AC hasnt been repaired/replaced. During the warm months, late at night, robberies and shootings occur frequently. The crime also ties into my issue with the inability to at least park near my building coming home from work. The water is also cut off here literally every other week for hours at a time, typically nowhere near the times they have announced potential shutoffs via memos. more ... hide ...

Well, the apartments are a great price but as far as I can tell thats the only redeeming quality. Stopped by to ask about availability for an apartment, and the staff was incredibly stuck up and rude. Did not seem in terested at all in getting a new tenant, and after the reviews on here, thats fine with me. Also the note on the door said mask required, which I personally do not care for masks or think theyre effective, but considering they already seemed to dislike me I figured Id wear one¦ but then not a soul in the entire office had one on¦? And without even seeing the apartments, you can see from the outside theyre not taken care of. Window treatments literally falling off and partially destroyed on most of the apartment windows¦. Was really hoping I would not have to pay over $1000 for an apartment, but if places like these are the only options for under $1000, its not worth it. Just spend the money on a nicer place with better security and a management team that isnt rude to potential tenants. more ... hide ...

my mother lives here. she loves her neighbors. they take care of eachoter. the building is in a quiet location. theres a gathering space on every floor. also a laundry room on every floor.its a senior living facility. 55 years an older. that helps to keep the building safe and crime free. the residents have plenty of scheduled activities. movie nights. shopping trips. breakfast club.....ect...my mother is 76 years of age. she says that this is where she wants to be for the rest of her life. could it be better sure. but the majority of people who live here love it. my brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, are always there for my mother. if she did not love it. she would be there. so I love this place, because my mother is happy and health because if thus place and the people that make sure she is. more ... hide ...
