Basic apartment. Pretty quiet. Loud music from cars at times. There have been no incidents where police were called in the 3 years I lived there. Lots of kids but they have no where to play since no one is allowed on the grass. Rent is based on income. There have been 4 or 5 managers during my stay. more ... hide ...

A cool and comfortable place to live. I will just like to suggest 2 things, i.e. 1. Replace the carpeting as it is old and very dirty, and 2. Replace all glass doors and windows with vacuumized glass doors and windows as this may save almost 70% energy cost and cut noise pollution.
