This is my first time ever leaving a review online but I felt it necessary. Lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. When I last moved out, I found a charge for almost $1000 several months later from Antiquity Hei ghts in collections on my credit report. Shocked, I called the office and spoke with the current manager (who wasnt there at the time I moved out) to find out what was going on. The current manager, Leslie Gardner is absolutely nasty and unprofessional. Its amazing she is in her position having to deal with the public. I asked for proof they had notified me of the charge and she couldnt provide it. Such a simple request yet she argued and became agitated upon questioning. I asked to speak with someone above her and she never gave me contact information for anyone. Months later, I am still trying to figure out what happened and it will likely stay on my credit report.... Ive heard of a similar situation from another resident and upon speaking with a local police officer, I was told they run a shady business. Ive tried several times to get a hold of someone at GEM Management but their email bounces back and I cant get anyone on the phone. Beware of Leslie Gardner and GEM Management... more ... hide ...

My daughter lived here the lady that works in the office here is very rude shes almost racist. My daughter owed a balance for old rent she went back to pay her dept the lady wouldnt take her money order & then she told h er she didnt know who or how she could repay the property owner. My daughter had to leave there with her certified money order & we are still trying to find the owner of this property because we know they want their money. more ... hide ...
