I have lived at the Retreat for a year now, and I am constantly struck by how great it is to be here. Today Im working from home, which means opening the windows and looking out on the mountains, walking over to the club house for free coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie, and dipping my feet in the pool. The staff is sweet as can be, and the neighbors are great. Just last week they threw a party in the clubhouse for residents that consisted of an incredible dinner, beer and wine, live music by the pool, and a great view as the sun set over downtown. I often walk to shows at the Orange Peel or to yoga classes. We re-signed our lease months early because we love this place so much. Ghetto, and lazy staff. Im moving ASAP. Its a good place just to get yourself on your feet and go. Bugs, snakes, and lizards are everywhere! Neighbors are loud and rude.

Terrible the ceiling has been leaking a no one does anything about it if you NEED a place to stay this place is perfect but emphasize NEED if you have the option to find better please do theyre not attentive my house smells like mildew theres water stains from past damages on the ceiling the bug problems are terrible whoever rated this 5 stars is a complete joke and a liar there only open Tuesday and thisday so god forbid you have an emergency they wont even be able to get to till those days it dosemt make any senseSidebar : THERES NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER more ... hide ...
