Dont move here! Been here for years with my sister, have never seen anything like this in my life. Dont want to cut the grass or pick up the grounds. Maintenance requests are going ignored, cannot reach the manager, shes never in the office. Will leave a notice like this in your door and you cant even get in touch with her to get more information. Called the tax office to find out who owns the property, it is not this company she is portraying herself to come from, this company MMG is in Georgia. MMA is who owns the property. Have to call the city for constant sewer backups, the old company never left us hanging like that. They would stay out there outside in the cold and heat talking to the plumber and showing him whats going on. This place is not worth the money they are asking for. Its a 50 year old property and has been flooded not once, but several times. It floods everytime the it rains for 2-3 days on/off. The old company tried to take care of us the best they could, at least someone could be reached. more ... hide ...

Inquired about 3 bedroom apartment and was told there may be one available that very next week. Never received a call back and the person I was to speak with was not returning my calls. Finally spoke with someone only to find out I had to be placed on a waiting list. Very unprofessional that I was told something that wasnt true. Now me and my kids are without a place to live. It only takes one phone call to let someone know whats going on. I was really in need of a place to stay. If you cant do your job you need to quit! You are getting paid!! more ... hide ...

Im coming up on my one year here and, although I am ending my lease (not for any bad reasons), I cannot express how nice it was living here. This was my first apartment and I lived here with my roommates. The location is fantastic, the maintenance and office staff have always been helpful! The grounds are beautifully maintained, which is not something I thought would matter to me, but seeing it everyday really makes a difference. Management is very communicative about events or any construct/upkeep that is being conducted. I 100% recommend Colony Point for anyone looking for a new home. I know a lot of the residence here have lived for several years and I can see why!Only reason I took a star off is the parking. To park in the lots, you need a pass which you get upon move in, however a lot of cars park in the lots that dont have passes, which makes it really difficult to find a space, especially when you work really late like I do.Overall a lovely place to live and Im very sad to be leaving more ... hide ...
