I have lived here approximately 15years now and have seen numerous managers come and go. Crystal Harris is, in my opinion, one of the better managers we have ever had. She is quick to deal with potential problems and gen erally maintains a quiet and clean environment. The only thing that I feel could use improvement is that Our Office Manager needs an assistant to help with daily management. This property is simply too large for one person to handle with any degree of organization and competency. With that in mind, she does a great job. more ... hide ...

Highly annoying. The process takes way too long. Theyll tell you that they need one thing and then youre done and when you give it to them, theyll say they need something else. They hardly ever answer their phone. Which is inconvenient and inconsiderate considering theyre only open Tuesday and Thursday. They hardly ever give you any updates willingly.
