Apartments look nice at first. The appliances that they are furnished with continuously break down and management makes no effort to replace or fix. Anything that needs fixing will take more than 6 months to ever be eva luated and another 6months before any work is started and never finished. Like the leak from upstairs ruining her bathroom. Which has now been covered with black plastic sheeting for over 6 months with holes in the walls. The flea,ant and bug infestations are not being addressed. This apartment complex needs a handyman and a manager that is interested in keeping them up. This past week did they finally address the hurricane debris. It has been months. My poor elderly mother who lives here has had to replace a few appliances herself as well as pick up limbs and debris left in the road because management ignores the property. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!!! more ... hide ...

I am very happy that I was introduced to the community at Sterling Trace Apartments.The leasing manager Mrs.Lisa Wiseman is very knowledgeable considerate and caring about her tenants.If there are any issues she jumps on them immediately.The Apartments are kept up and clean, Spacious,Very private.The tenants look out for one another.It reflects the leadership that Mrs.Wiseman displays through her staff to her tenants.Keep up the good work Sterling Trace Apartments.More places need to practice leasing professionalism like you. more ... hide ...
