Very rude management and customer service. The ladies at the office always act like they are better than everyone even though every single 1 of them that work up there live in these apartments and thats not right at all. These apartments are for people who need help and cannot afford a place to live because of their income and the management and office people definitely can afford to live wherever they want and by living here they are taking away several apartments that people actually in need could live in. They just unlock your doors and let themselves in illegally without a 24 hour notice and go through all of your stuff even when you are not home and they are not allowed to go through your personal belongings but do anyways. Everyone who lives here and has lived here hates this place just because of management and customer service. If we had new landlords and new management and customer service that actually cared about us here and actually abide by the laws and respect us and do their jobs without belittling us then I think everyone would like living here a lot better because its not a bad place at all I like it here I just dont like the people who work here and run the office and do whatever they want when they want rather its illegal or not. more ... hide ...

Not the worst nursing home, but far from being the best. A nursing home is only as good as the management will enforce competency. I can only comment on the memory support unit¦ mainly the second shift staff. Total un caring, and incompetence¦especially the STNA Regina and Lejuene! It says a lot about a person when a nursing assistant tells you that they have been in that same position for over 20 years. Rarely does a STNA work in a NH that long, except someone who stays because of laziness and incompetence is tolerated; and not being intelligent enough to work anywhere else. Most STNA eventually advance after a few years of working in a NH. The STNA here dont know how to take bp readings; they lie about the care that they claimed to have provided; and they make simple-minded, ignorant comments about why a patient who has a mechanical-soft diet cant have bread, but who can have potato chips! They rarely provide the minimal ADLs to the point where residents skin is dry most of the time, or oral care is rarely provided. If your love one is ever a resident here, please make sure that you monitor regularly! more ... hide ...

this place is a joke. there old and need remolded. maintenance is lazy. we have a corp office which is stupid cause they tell you to speak the manager which is in Mon -- Fri 9-3. need some real hrs for people that works.
