Well when I first moved here I thought it was great in some ways I still do but because of the virus we dont do much at all anymore as a family I consider these people my family theres a lot of sweet people here and I fe lt very comfortable when I moved in the people were very giving and I felt comfortable like the people that lived here near me for years its pretty cool management is good they try to do the best they can because of the virus maintenance is unbelievable Steve is great person he will help you in any way he can if he has the time hes a wonderful person the place is clean theres some problems but they try to eliminate it and thats good when it snows they clean the driveways and the sidewalks really quick I just hope when the virus ends that we should go back to normal like having potlucks having outings every Wednesday just things like that having parties thats what I missed now because of the virus what things will get better I know its a great place to live more ... hide ...

I would only recommend this place to those who are on homeless and single. Not exactly best for anybody whos got a family or elderly for that matter. Washers and dryers rarely, to barely work properly. Received a lot of complaints from tenants staying that there are bed bugs. Took a family 3 months, before they had to call a \"higher up\" form of management, before getting a new air conditioning system properly replaced. Even though they had reported to the landlord that the air conditioning wasnt working. A familys smoke alarm was malfunctioning and had reported it to the landlord several times, months has pasted by, with multiple reminders, so they replaced them themselves. One apartment has shorts in the wiring, was reported, but no action was taken place. During one situation, the landlord quoted, \"If my mother doesnt like you (she lives on the property), then I will evict you without notice.\" He accepts section 8, but if you somehow manage to lose your section 8. He will find \"better tendents thatll benefit from it more than you.\" One family moved out about a month, maybe two months ago and still has not received their security deposit back (he told them, \"itll take about 2 weeks\"). So thats why I feel to rate this a one star. Could use a better landlord running the place, maintenance could be a lot better. And even then, still would recommend it to singles, no family or elderly due to certain factors of this apartment complex. more ... hide ...
