It is very sad that when a pregnant women call for a after hour maintenance person to come out because she doesnt have any hot water gets dismissed as if its not an issue. We all know of the weather conditions this weeke nd in Charleston and my hot water is not working. I called for a after hour maintenance person to come out and see whats the issue and gets told having water whether its just cold or hot is not a emergency because I still have the other. Its a shame that there is no consideration for a pregnant women with two small kids. I am very disappointed in this place so called a home for me and my kids. Im getting fed up with a lot and will be taking my issues to higher authority if nothing improves. more ... hide ...

I loved at this complex for 3 years. I never had a bad moment with the staff. Susan is very professional and she stay on top of all request. Mark is very quick with all maintenance request. I loved that the complex was s uper quiet and my neighbors never bother me. I worked all shifts and I never felt unsafe about coming home. I lived alone and felt very safe. For the price this complex is high recommend! I would still be there if I didnt move out of state. Thanks Susan for a great experience. more ... hide ...
