My mother and I are tenants. Wyndham Pointe is better than most in its price range. I know someone paying $300 more living in an unsafe broken down complex. As of now, it is a nice place to live. The manager September h as never been rude or uncourteous. In fact she was kind helpful and friendly during the leasing process. But she is human...she has good and bad days like the rest of us. She is probably tired and overworked at times.(she has competent help in the office right now. Cathy is great) If you on a human level cant understand that...then you need prayer.The only complaint I would have is PARKING. We have a special space for my mom. Its assigned to my unit and it says TOW AWAY ENFORCED. People park in it anyway. I would suggest put apt numbers on the special spaces. All in all I am happy living there! more ... hide ...

My experience with Gleneagle apartments was excellent. The leasing agent Jarna combs was very professional and gave me all the tools to get settled in. I havent had much luck in the Columbia area dye to a lot of unprofes sional properties like wellspring and foxfire properties even avenue at harbison was not professional or helpful, but experience here has been a pleasure and would recommend Gleneagle to anyone. more ... hide ...
