I wish I could give 0 stars.Ive been here for 2 months and all I can say is that everything is unprofessional about this place. Management doesnt know how to deal with their tenants. When you put a service reques t in for an issue, no one will respond unless you are a nuisance or you call the landlord. Im always being told about a problem in another apartment and never given a time of when our apartment will be handled. When I moved into my apartment, like someone mentioned in their review, the apartment is big, but dirty. Most of the appliances were not in good working condition; The dishwasher wont drain, garbage disposal leaks water that leaks to the floor (as seen in picture), the refrigerator broke down and had to be replaced, the front stove coils burned out and had to be replaced, tub leaks, water heater had to be replaced, water doesnt stay hot for more than 10mins (probabaly because of the leak weve reported), and electric outlets are loose. All these problems were told to maintenance more than once and were still waiting for some assistance. Ive never in my life lived somewhere & had to deal with so many issues, but yet were required to still pay rent. Crazy .. more ... hide ...

Very old and out dated...lived there three years . watched it gone down hill. Management was horrible. The elderly were bullied.. No air-conditioning most of the time. I went every summer for three months at a time with no air , except for a portable sitting in my living room. There is black mold in the airs. So much to tell...but it finally happen and the corporate office let every one go. New management now. I left friends behind and they said they hope things will improve.....adding now a couple yrs later 2019 that management was fired. New managers and I hear from my friends there its much better place to live. more ... hide ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE....NO MATTER WHAT!The location is great and that literally is the only thing good about Riverside. When moving in nothing was clean there was still hair from the tenant before us in our bathrooms. Ther e was paint everywhere from them re-painting over the summer. We have severe mold from a leak that they never came to fix and blamed on us and said it was dust. Dust isnt black and doesnt join up in circles. The toilets clog probably once a week. The internet doesnt work so you cant watch any videos. All of our appliances do not work and every time we put in a work order they are idiots and blame it on us. Our dryer takes 3 times to dry our clothes and he blames it on us not cleaning out the lent filter. We all clean out the lent filter every time we use it, come on, weve been doing laundry since we were 14 we know how to clean out a lent filter. The whole front office staff is incompetent. The big girl in the office...you should not wear half the things you do! Lets keep it professional. They cannot do anything to help you so I dont even know why they work here. When we finally complained about our mold because we were all getting sick the big girl in the office came in and said \"there is nothing wrong with this F***ing apartment, they are just F***ing dirty.\" AND the whole maintenance staff is also incompetent they cant do anything either and all the males are creepy. The only people that do stuff here are the maintenance woman and the shuttle driver. They are awesome! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! you will regret it! I swear and be embarrassed you live in such a nasty place when people come over/to visit. more ... hide ...
