Beautiful apartments, unfortunately they continue to advertise on apartment finder and other websites despite having a waiting list of 120+ people...so it is my understanding that they collect an application fee & put a person on the wait list but they have nothing available. In other words - theyll have nothing available for a good year or two but theyll gladly take your money & info. Their advice to me was to get on their waiting list, rent a place for a year, and then move into their units. Seriously? Id have loved to have had the opportunity to become a tenant, but Im extremely put off by what I view as false advertising. more ... hide ...

Gervonte and Austin are just wonderful! I lived here once in 2019 & back again at the start of 2021 and its really been home to me. Gervonte is an amazing property manager, always tending to ones needs and ensuri ng the place in ran to full efficiency for his residents. Austin too, he is always so pleasant and greets everyone in the office with a smile.. whether old or new its all the same treatment and he has been a breath of fresh air.
