Apartment has no management. I have been trying to get my AC unit fixed for 3 weeks now with no luck. Maintenance came and said that its cool outside so it will not work which was a lie. It is not 74 degrees outside and 79 degrees in my house. The AC is blowing hot air and it has gotten as hot as 81 degrees in my unit. It is ridiculous and they are not trying to fix it. The photo is proof. We have also had to fix other items in the unit after calling maintenance and not getting help such as the stove lights, and the garbage disposal. After 3 years here and paying our rent on time, we dont deserve this. more ... hide ...

I recommend staying far away from these apartments. We lived there for two years and it just got worse with each passing day. Absolutely obnoxious people live here and management does nothing about it. Kids graffiti ever ything and trash everything. The pool was ALWAYS closed due to glass. They never would find the culprit and just ask residents to tattle instead of actually installing cameras or security. Parties so big and full of people who didnt even live there every weekend that we couldnt even use the pool ourselves. They tell you that as long as you park in an unmarked space that your car will not be towed, but then they towed our car that was parked in an unmarked spot because it hasnt moved in a while. Management is an absolute joke. They are incredible lazy. Good luck trying to get ahold of them. Their phones dont work most of the time and when they do, they dont answer anyway. Trying to speak to someone in the office is like trying to win the lottery. Not sure what exactly they do in the office. They charge you stupid amounts for pet rent monthly but then at the end of your lease, they charge you for pet damages and dodge every phone call. They also lie about not being told certain things to cover themselves. They also forget a lot. A joke. If stress is what you like, then go ahead and live here. more ... hide ...

As of 6/18/2019.This place has been run into the ground when its been run at all this past 3 years. Mi serable to live in such a filthy place. Trash and overgrown bushes so that rats and snakes have been seen. Maintenance requests are useless unless you beg and even then it is often not done. Management and maintenance just walked with no replacement seen yet. more ... hide ...
