I applied for this Apartment complex and the office manager Melanie Schneidau told me at the time of applying that they had available units for rent I waited two weeks and didnt hear back from anyone in regards to my application when I did finally speak with Melanie she told me that they did not have any units available for rent after taking my $90 money orders I pretty much paid $90 to be out on a waiting list that I was not informed of during the time of applying for the unit She was extremely unprofessional cursing at me yelling at me because I told her I felt like she scammed me out of my $90 spoke with corporate and they refuse to even return any calls in regards to this situation they never answer the phone I have left numerous of voicemails and still no returned calls yet I was told by the property Manager I would receive my money back in two weeks because I asked her to pull my application on file I do not want to be put on the waiting list and I do not want to rent from your property and do not run a background check I still have not receive my phones I called corporate once again and left numerous voicemails again still no one has had any consideration to reach out to me The property manager and corporate are very unprofessional I wouldnt refer anybody to rent from them they will scam you out of your money if I could rate zero stars I would I dont understand how they can have a property manager act so unprofessional and extremely rude due to miscommunication on her behalf more ... hide ...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. How many times do you need to put in a work order for something to ACTUALLY get fixed? Im on my 5th request for the same thing and nothing. Their hours say open on Saturday s but thats a lie so if you cant make it to the office during the week dont expect to talk to anyone since they cant seem to answer the phones either. I cant wait until the lease is up. more ... hide ...

I moved down here from NY and have been here over a year and its decent. I dont like that they always switch hands on who owns the property because I end up having to wait longer to get things fixed. For the most part they are small things. I live in the front of the complex so a lot of mischief is avoided. However I do feel they should do better with their rules. I took my autistic son to the pool and the young kids in there had no supervision and was doing things in the pool that were disgusting. I wont be taking him back. I also dont like that they dont do updates on the apartment every year. No matter where you go you have foolishness, but myself and my family mind our business pay our rent and follow the rules as best as we can and we are good neighbors. We can only be responsible for ourselves. more ... hide ...
