I lived there for 10 years, and NEVER had ANY issues with ANYONE until Angela became the manager over the complex. Regardless of what ANYONE including herself may think Shes ALL about DRAMA, and I would strongly suggest NEVER TELL HER ANYTHING YOU WANT KEPT QUITE BECAUSE AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUT OF THE OFFICE 1/2 THE COMPLEX DONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HER PART. I GUESS THATS WHY SHES NO LONGER THERE, but if she chooses to continue being the way she was while \" Managing Cedar Springs \" she may wanna choose a different profession, as NO ONE likes the Constant DRAMA, and LIES that follows her. Thankfully my Family & I NO LONGER live at Cedar Springs, but at least we enjoyed 8 of the 10 years we lived there. They are in serious need of renovations as we did have pretty much constant maintenance issues while residing there. EVERYTHING needs to be updated. more ... hide ...

This is one of the nicest aprtmnts. Ive lived in. It is mine and lainas. My 4yr. Old daughter. The best about this place, is the management and staff. Everyone is treated equally, and will help you anyway they can. The m aintenance is also really good, you dont have to wait if there is a problem in your apartment. Let the office know and they get right on it! I have to add this since my first post. I left my keys in my door all night long and nothing was bothered, then today in broad daylight, my moms purse was left outside our door and one of our neighbors knocked on my door to see if it was ours. I am extremely happy I live here Ive never felt more safe anywhere Ive lived before. more ... hide ...
