I called , on Friday , still waiting on a call back On Saturday I drove to the complex . We could not find any one on site but I did see some teenager blocking one of the drive way from the old ringold road . So we went around . It looks nice for a semi new place . But the parking lot was is dirty , those teenagers , also were up to no good . This complex needs Serious attention, and the tenets also . We went back around 3:30 pm it was worst . It looks like they have vacancies . I am not to sure about this place I am going to try to find out who owns it , and contact them . The manager still has not called me back , and a tenant told us they wontBecause we are the wrong Color ?? Go figure more ... hide ...

I have never paid rent at a place and the air conditioning go out and been told I have to wait until business hours mon thru Fri. I was told after hours maintenance would fix it today. I reported this at 11am Saturday mo rning. Im being told now i have to wait until Monday or after? I never had a problem with this place until now. Update: come to find out someone or kids flipped the switch on the outside of building to cause the condensorm to shut off. I finally got someome to come because of it being 90 degrees today. This is the only problem.ive had hear other than a few loud neighbors. But if u stay to yourself and mind your biz noone really messes with u. If loud neighbors dont bother u a at times then its not that bad of a place. The apartments are actually really nice. more ... hide ...

I was homeless! Now I have a home! It is written, \"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you\"....yes things are happening all around us and it may not be what you thought it would be, yet it aint what it was, either. I have had great and not so great experiences while I have been here, but an overall good experience moving into my new home. Thanks to everyone from the rental office (Ms. SONYA JACKSON), to the maintenance workers preparing my apartment for move in! GREAT JOB GUYS! When God says it is so; it aint about the nonsense, its about the progress! Thank you Cayce Place! You have truly been a blessing! This is a real review, not a fake one!
