Dont trust this company. We did work for them in August of 2017. To this day, we have not been paid for our services, and constantly get the runaround from their management. Before you think about getting a place the re, ask yourself if you want to pay rent to a company, that doesnt pay their bills more ... hide ...

Stephanie runs a wonderful apartment complex. I have heard four people say they could not wait to turn 62 so that could apply there. The building is beautifully transitioned from the old George Washington School. I at tended there in the 60s and appreciate how the apartments reflect the character of the school! more ... hide ...

I just recently moved back to Chattanooga and finding a place wasnt easy. Everyone was full and not taking applications. Another property they own actually referred me to them. And I can say the process was very smooth a nd easy. Being young I thought this process would be very hard for me but they were so helpful. The application process was great. They work with you and always keep you updated. There came a time I had troubles paying for rent due to cut hours at work. They were so understanding,and referred me to a rental Assistance program. Although thats a long process they set me up with payments plans to help me stay on track and not get too far behind. When something is wrong with the apartment I put in a work order and maintenance gets right on it. Just a great apartment community it even comes with a washer in apartment and a gym in rent office. They have a nice pool and grill area. Cant wait for the summer ! I was reading the other reviews and I see a lot of those issues they were having are not occurring anymore. I think theyre probably under new management. The staff is lovely and you will have everything you need. If your looking for an apartment , I highly recommend, especially if this is your first apartment!!! And its right here by the main highway so very accessible to everywhere in the city and by the mall. more ... hide ...
