Very nice apartments but,if you have loud stomping, furniture jumping upstairs neighbors beware.Its very very very loud and disturbing. Apparently nothing will be done. Your guest in your home will be appalled you pay 68 0.00 to never have any peace in your home. It gets worse on the weekends, the pounding upstairs goes for HOURS and Hours. Again apparently nothing will be done. Reporting is pointless. Right this minute it sounds like they are tearing down my ceiling.Its a week later a Thursday at 7:30 p the people upstairs and kids literally literally sound like they are trying to break down my ceiling. It is LOUD.Could have a guest here for the noise its awful .Management says oh they are living their life .Theres no excuse for this kind of outrageous noise. more ... hide ...

At first when I moved in I was in love. But as time went on I regretted my decision to move here. First 3 months I went with out hot water on and off. It would work for 3 days out for 4 days. Then I noticed the plumbing in my apartment is awful. The toilets over flow or just simply wont flush. A few months ago the toilet overflowed into my bedrooms and living area. I was then told Why did you wait all day to say something When in fact I contacted her as soon as the problem came about. Also Ive noticed in my hallway bathroom theres mold. Ive reached out to get it fixed nothing. Ive reached out for months even made emergency maintenance calls and nothing. Finally last week someone finally came to look at it. He sprayed something on the mold and left a humidifier in the kitchen (because the mold is growing from the bathroom through the walls of my kitchen) to dry the walls well 4 days later half of my kitchen was flooded. Damaged my work from home equipment and deep freezer. Ive been trying to talk to the property manager but nothing. Yes maintenance did come and cut the mold out because the pipe in the wall was busted but this morning when I woke up my kitchen was flooded again. Ive called the office 4 times this morning more ... hide ...

Since new manager took over, Nothing gets fixed now and they WILL make you get rid of your furbabies after allowing you to move in...Also, she has her husband enter your apartment and he is not maintenence or employed by owners.And she threatens her tenants and tells them \"SHES NOT AFRAID OF LOOSING HER JOB!!\" more ... hide ...

This is a wonderful place to live! Quite, clean grounds , nice people. I cannot say enough about the staff, they are there to help me whenever I need it. Im not computer savvy so being 64 yrs old. I can go in office a n speak to managers an they will help me Everytime. I love living here,. The customer service here goes above beyond.
