I have lived here for four years and moving out this weekend... BTW I cant wait!! The new management is in some ways better than the old but they do not give notice as to when construction crews are gonna be in your home or if you do receive notice then they dont show up when they are suppose too its several weeks later. Two weeks ago they ripped the toliet out of my main bathroom without notice then I was told that the bathroom floor has to be done before I get my new toliet it still hasnt been done..they came in at 4:30pm to tear up the old floor yesterday I through a b**** fit and they left leaving nails all in my floor and outside my door...yes I took picture. They claimed theyd be back this morning it is now 3:20pm and no sign of them being here...I knew they wouldnt be. Tommy King the main guy over construction is a moron who does everything ass backwards. When I told him I was moving this weekend he said \"you could always move a week early\" technically I am because I have until June 3, 2016 but I work during the week. They have also broken things for example my new bathroom door latch and they havent fixed it yet, they broke it probably three months ago or so. Taylors plumbing left my door standing open when they were redoing the shower valves and aanyone couldve walked in and stolen my new TV that I bought with income tax money or anything else, I dont have much bit what I do have is mine and I worked hard for it. They have given the ADA apartments full sized front loading washers and dryers but family units get small compact stackables.. Hurry up May 28, 2016 so I can get moved!! more ... hide ...

My wife and I have lived here since March of this year 2022. Upon arriving the staff seemed very friendly to begin with, But as we begin to voice some concerns and want to speak with the community manager before we signe d our lease we had to fight to talk to him. They wanted to play telephone and treated it as though the property manager was a celebrity or The Godfather who couldnt be talked to by civilians.We were then told that we were being forced to have smart lock technology installed on our unit.. no choice or we would be locked out of our home.. the leasing office kept giving us some generic answer and when we reached out to FREEMAN WEBB property manage SULLY LEMMONS concerning the matter, they acted as though they were listening to our concerns on the smart lock issue only to turn around and say we are the owners we do what we want (basically) not exact wording but our concerns clearly didnt matter to them.. I have never seen a team of people who claim to care about their community be so inconsiderate.. now we are being threatened to be locked out our home because we like traditional locking systems and feel our privacy will be at jeopardy with internet connected locks.. the place also has roaches and we are being charged for pest control that havent even come since we moved in.. they will put on the facade that they care but when you call the office all you get is voicemail.. when you email they rarely return unless you voice that youre upset in which they give another generic responseIf you see anything FREEMAN WEBB RUN!!! They are residential bullies that care nothing about their tenants.. only their properties.. save yourself the trouble! Find a community that actually cares about you as a person and not a bag of money.. more ... hide ...

Iam from Chicago and I lived in these apartments for 9 months and the landlord is horrible she in everybody business! I walk the complex she got something to say! I play music she got something to say! I park my car over the line she put a note on my car! She put 10 inspection notes in my door! Now really how many inspection do you need in one month! Oh and let me tell yall this! My son friend went in the office to ask her if it was ok to park up front and she seen me and told me my man got a wondering eye! Now that was not my man! But that goes to show you how messy she is! more ... hide ...
