Dishonest and dont like majorities, discrimination, they do not want to do applications for you! They put a african american in front of me after showing me the apt. and i said i wanted it. She was smug when i first came in and told her my name and told her i was the one to look at the apt.# 312! There are a few things I look for in a home, somewhere quiet and peaceful, somewhere I feel safe, good management that can work with me and will be there if anything goes wrong and thats one phone call away, and manageme nt thats not over-bearing and overly strict. This place fits that, I cant stress how peaceful it is here and Ive never felt I was unsafe. Ive been here over a year and I really like it here. Probably my favorite time of the day is waking up when the sun is still rising, drinking a cup of coffee, and enjoying the quiet early morning as the sky gradually gets brighter. No crazy policies with management, no over-bearing rules, and there very good at responding quickly to anything that might go wrong. Ive lived in about 5 or 6 apartments across 2 states and thus far this one has the best management Ive encountered so I would recommend this place to others and I often speak highly of management to friends and family. more ... hide ...

I never knew that there were people still in the world especially in apartments,like this one woman (Ms.YURI). My first time meeting her was after applying for a townhome,where shes the manager. The caliber of the wo man she is.words couldnt even explain this beautiful person on the inside and out. She goes the extra mile,even above her job description,although she has her own family to take care of as well. I truly didnt think that they had people,especially in this business that actually still cared about other people and actually means it. I just want to say Thank You Ms. YURI,for giving my family a place to even just be content and safer,with everything going on in this world today and after going through so much lately. You are a phenomenal person Not just a woman and we thank you and appreciate you and Terrace Park family so much thank you and God bless you and your family. I finally feel safe enough and content,to want to actually start decorating our home. I havent felt this way in over 7 long years. New management and her new flunkie are crooked. Many people have reported and tried to call corporate. They dont care. Anytime you have an employee call the place she works at hers, my lawn, my parking lot, etc. Just move. Yall worked super hard to get my last review off with pictures. more ... hide ...
