I went to give someone a ride FROM there, Not at all what I was expecting!! Not verywill taken care of... To many people just looked to be just hanging out ,in parking area,WHITCH left little place to just pull up...I my self would never concerter living there!!I was very UNCOMFORTABLE just going to help someone with a ride..... She said there was about 8 people living in ta one she had been to vist.. !! I dont know what there RULES are there but,ILL not be going back....& I saw from my truck, was ENOUPH for me.....Just telling it like I saw it....Sorry guys...But ,NEW RULES NEED TO BE INFORSTED THERE.!!! more ... hide ...

Absolutely love living here at the Preserve Apartments everything is so well maintained. If we need any help with anything at all its only a phone call away, Donna, the manager of the complex is absolutely wonderful in taking care of whatever the needs are that arise. This is the best place Ive ever lived , its very convenient to all your needs when it comes to any kind of shopping everythings only a couple minutes away from you. You have a great neighbors , the apartment complex is very clean, quite & you have your privacy. I would highly recommend the preserve apartments to anyone thats wanting a quite, convenient, & wonderful place to live to move here; you will not regret your move !! ¤Ruby Hawkins more ... hide ...

Not maintained. Ive called several times over the years of living here to request repairs, but the property manager doesnt answer her phone or return my calls. Ive had to temporize the few things that I can. The exhaust hood over my stove is not hooked up so God forbid if I burn something, because the smoke alarm is hardwired for the whole complex so if it goes off in my apartment, it goes off in every apartment in this building and the whole complex freaks out. My kitchen sink is not properly fastened so the the faucet head just wobbles around and Ive had to use double stick tape to secure it and you might imagine how long that actually works. The linoleum in the bathroom is curled up around all the edges so that moisture can get in underneath and the bathroom smells musty. There is also black mold around the shower that needs be neutralized and then painted over. There should be an air conditioner in both of the bedrooms but therere only two: one in the back bedroom and one in the living room. It gets very stuffy. more ... hide ...

To me if you do the right thing mind your own business and take care of your home its a great place to live. Gangs are everywhere, I feel they the Office Staff are doing their Best to control it, it works both ways.
