My daughter and I lived here for 3 years before moving out last summer due to family illness. We loved our apartment, so spacious and beautiful, and the pool (when it was open)!Sarita was always helpful and understanding especially when a pipe busted in the wall and flooded the apartment February 2021. After the kitchen remodel shortly after moving in so that it was ADA compliant and the pipe busting shortly before we moved out I rarely had any problems that I needed to call maintenance or the office maybe 3 or 4 times in 3 years.The front office staff and maintenance men were always nice and polite. If I was able I would give this apartment no stars. If your looking for a roach infested, noisy/ horrible neighbors and the worst management this is the place for you. Roaches live in the walls and there is no way to get rid of them, having a neighbor that were not clean at all didnt help the situation at all. We were on the 3rd floor, and for some reason there were fruit flys coming out of the sink. They did a great job pulling you in, just looking at the apartments they are great, but for all the things we had a problem with, management did nothing nor were they ever in the office. They told us we could get internet with anyone we choose and each person we went to turned us down because the apartment wouldnt let them do it, we couldnt get atat to come and do it either because our address didnt exist. Not to mention EVERYONE HAS ATAT and it was the worst connection. We went 4 months without internet. I have gotten horrible letters from our neighbors, they egged and broke into our car twice. Then we bought a new car and since no one is in the office to give us a sticker it was towed. Even now with all the problems management has chosen to ignore this message. We didnt get our deposit back. There is a reason why a lot of apartments are vacant and it shows. Do not give your money to these people. Find an apartment else where. more ... hide ...
