Only been living here for 3 days and already having problems. Gave the landlord a month notice of when I had to move in so they can finish the floors and kitchen. Month later and only thing theyve done is torn out kitche n cabinets we currently still have no kitchen what so ever. And floors havent even been done. Children are either trying to break into ur apartment or harras you. Roaches every where furniture thats been in the rain and mold right by the garbage never been picked up to junk yard. When we told the landlord that nothing was done she tried to bump up the rent to $775 and wont give the deposit back. Expect of us to pay $500 for this month when we only stayed a week of this month and to have $775 on the first all within 2 weeks. more ... hide ...

infested with roaches, drains infested with gnats, fruit flies, creatures.. maintenance man is no help at all. he will come point at things and say \"yeah thats broken\" then leaves and never fixes it. bug dude cant do a nything about your bugs because the maintenance will leave your doors with gaps and leave you with unsealed windows (door wide open for creatures). maintenance is rude and lazy, just show up to get paid for doing nothing.. sheesh, im sure i can do a better job than they can with 0 experience. maintenance has left bags of trash/bugs in front of our apartment. maintenance boy welcomes you with an unmasked \"its okay im vaccinated\". for a two bedroom you can expect to pay about 1000 a month to live in bugs. lots of ppl trying to break into cars. the most help ive had, this whole time of staying here has been miss jeanie and miss brittany, i wouldnt ask anybody else for help unless it is higher management. if apartments in this blackhole actually cared, maybe id move into another one. more ... hide ...

The one star is an gesture they doesnt deserve the one star. Since the city has been opened literally it has been at least five or more different faces seemed like an everyday. When you go in the office for a problem nob ody doesnt know anything. They make you wait for months before they solve the problem. They have valcons with set ups that doesnt look like none of the other units. As far as being business they doesnt communicate with anyone. But they quick to wait until the office closes to put letters on people doors about false information. They have some people thats been there for some years either the only bringing in SSI and on housing they raising up their rent leaving them not having enough money to pay their other bills. they had one lady and her son left in her apts with growing mold and a piece of nail thats coming up from the rug. They dont stand on like every year if you renewing the lease they suppose to shampoo your carpet they dont . My A/C has been stopping they replaced the fan it works then it just out of the blue just stopped working I went to the office about the same things about the A/C one time I went without central A/C for almost 3-4 months even letting them know. Then after the freeze I told them about my hot water I went without hot water almost 6 months before they went an order me another piece for my hot water heater. Ive been residence at this apartment for almost 3 years to say that Im not renewing my lease. more ... hide ...

I brought my father in law in and applied for an apartment after being emailed that his name came up next on the waiting list. He paid the app fee and $500 on the spot after an extremely small tour (not even of a model a partment just of the office). After 11 days and 2 phone calls requesting the status of his application we finally heard back that he was \"denied due to criminal or credit background\" now, my father in law has no debt and just retired from American Airlines which does regular background checks. I have requested as to what the exact issue is so we can figured it out. The office personnel (Megan) claims they dont know what the issue is BUT advised my father in law that he could reapply in 3 months. If he really has an issue why can he reapply in 3 months? Also, he hasnt received his deposit back either. I have emailed back again asking if we can just see what the issue is so we can take care of it and NO ONE has responded back not even to say, no Im sorry. I thought this would be a great place! Close to us, close to stores, nice amenities...WRONG! This place is anything but, if this is what we have to deal with. If you dont have to go here I wouldnt!!!
