Parking lot is always full. The office staff is not efficient at all. My parents had an appointment to renew their contract and when they showed up in the morning a woman told them that there was no one available for the ir appointment and that someone will contact them in the future for a new appointment. Days later they received a letter in the mail as a final notice saying that they are going to take legal action if they dont show for the next appointment because supposedly they missed the other appointment. My parents are in their 70s already and I dont think they should be dealing with this kind of costumer service, well nobody does, but they are senior citizens and people need to be more considerate. more ... hide ...

In my honest and humble opinion, the staff at this facility are very unorganized. I have spoken to a few members who were friendly, but overall, it seems that nobody here likes to take responsibility for anything. A rela tive of mine passed away at this location, and his ex-wife (they were married decades ago and had NOT been in any communication since) was able to manipulate her way into his apartment and take many precious and valuable items from the room. How could this be allowed to happen? You allowed two people with no rights into the apartment and fail to take any responsibility for it? I would not trust anybody to have an elder relative of theirs live at this facility. Please do not bring them here. The staff here is absolutely positively unethical. They were extremely rude over the phone and didnt help us at all when my father is the ONLY relative who lives here in the US who should have had access to his room to get his documents and items that he loved. Our relatives ex-wife and another individual were able to suddenly \"appear,\" do whatever she wanted and the office did nothing about it nor do they act like they know anything. When we let them know they acted surprised. I would NEVER feel safe having a relative stay here. They are rude, unhelpful, non-responsive, and absolutely careless. This place deserves to run out of business. How dare you treat a deceased individuals belongings like that and treat the mourning relatives like that. more ... hide ...

Drugs & Alcohol Appartments are not upgraded & no washer & dryer in unit they have a laundry mat that stays broke all the time, and a tent parked in the dryers and washer and takes the money but nothing has been done to stop him.
