The apartment community is awesome! its quiet & Everyone pretty much stays to themselves.With that being said The management is horrible!The leasing office is only open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am unti l 3pm, they never answer the phone, & property cant seem to keep permanent managment.Work orders never seem to get done. more ... hide ...

I wouldnt recommend! These apartments are only something good to look at from the outside. The managerial staff is very poor in maintaining a property and customer service. Managerial staff will walk into your apartm ent without your permission even though they can simply tell you ahead of time that theyre coming they do not. The current manager just popped up unexpectedly and knocked on my door. When I told her I wasnt expecting them to come she pushed my front door open while I was behind the door with nothing but a towel on. She came in to my house with a maintenance man behind her. She then tells me that this was her property and she will be treating my apartment as if she stay here. You cant speak to the managerial staff about any problems that youre having as they will overtalk you and you never get out what youre trying to say. They also will lie and tell you that they are coming to fix things in your apartment and they do not come. Please do not get anything delivered to their front office because they will send your Packages back return sender. They dont call and tell you you have a package in the office they leave a note on your door they may or may not be there once you make it home. Ever since the Laramar property management company took over the property has went to pooh. The workout room which you pay for is never open. The pool stays tremendously dirty. Lastly, they are having foundation issues where it sends cracks up my walls. Rent here at your own risk! I wouldnt even leave a star if I didnt have to. more ... hide ...

About 5 years agoCambridge Court Apartments.Was the most beautiful apartments down that road I was very excited to be living in these nice apartments they took very good care of them the manager was not lazy she always w alked the property very kind sweet woman the maintenance guys were all Hispanic.. They were very responsible and dedicated to their job everything was fixed On time. Swimming pools were cleaned we had keys to open the pool gates were locked cameras were rolling everything was working good we had a great community. When we found out about our manager leaving we were very upset no one wanted her to go she had everything going for us.. When the new management came out she decided to start letting bad people move into the Units they started to destroy The property throwing out trash In the front door Breaking down the fence breaking into cars because of that manager.. Not making better choices in using her better skills on who she should allowed to be living on property more ... hide ...
