These apartments are not not worth the wait unless your homeless..then dont make it a permanent place..the office staff is rude thay listen to people that dont have their life together and remove people that are just try ing to live...I guess your not aloud to have company over are you kids have to walk around on egg shells a two year is gonna run. Not safe for the kids to play out side..I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy more ... hide ...

The office worker Ms. Ho was tardy. When asked why the front entrance call-in didnt work, she answered she didnt know. When asked for applications and flyers, she answered she didnt know. When asked other que stions, she didnt know. The manager was not there probably napping. Poor management. HUD should know and replace with more qualified workers. more ... hide ...

Can be managed a lot better. Dominium will not be more helpful to residents . A lot of mental patients mixed with elderly residents which endangers well being of elderly. Too much noise coming from Parkdale Plaza complex next door with loud music from rowdy parties from the Latino population as well as the black community. The new management is more compassionate to us than what American realty was. American is slothful with their careing for realty management.The Dominium management is also slothful in careing for the needs of residents.Residents prop doors open in order to allow non residents enter building. There are several who process crack and meth in order to bring more income for their needs.1 resident recently caused an explosion and rendered the north wing uninhabitable and endangered the community. If my financial status were better . hmm.The public uses what few handicap parking available rendering residents with no parking. Providors more especially. more ... hide ...

This is the worst place to live. I highly do not recommend this place. The office staff doesnt care if cars are stolen or brother into, office staff has the worst attitude when you bring up an issue. Im a mainten ance man for GREYSTAR PROPERTIES and when my ac went out in my unit at villa La Jolla they waited a week to even give me unit. Cars are broken into on the daily and the office states its worst across the street as if that would make it feel safer. Office staff always have an attitude and wont let you talk or bring up any issues. Just off the office staff alone they make it look and act like ghetto women. Which is not professional at all. The security they have 24/7 just walks around on the phone all day long. He Doesnt ever stop or catch any crime being committed. Office staff said that at night the cameras are just black so they wont be able to identify a license plate number. Just the worst experience Ive had in apartments. Please do not go here. Just off the office youll be treated like trash. Especially the manager. Please save you time and money and look elsewhere for living. But these apartments are trash and filled with roaches and bed bugs. more ... hide ...
