just nowMy explanation on giving one star is because Google doesnt give you an option for zero stars. The exterior of the property looks immaculate but the inside is heinous antiquated And needs severe restoration!!! In my 15 years of residency in beautiful El Paso this was the first time I have encountered what I believe to be the only and the most unprofessional upsetting ignorant untrustworthy scheming property staff here!!this property looks suitable from the outside but its outdated lethargic And in need of severe restoration!!!!! With that being said the maintenance of the inside of the property looks to be poorly maintained and appliances are outdated and after my walk-through I chose to not rent one of the units available at this property I advise you to do a walk-through before you sign any contract with this property!!!!!!! more ... hide ...

My move was mostly great, unfortunately, the part that wasnt was pretty important. Everyone I have talked to has been kind and very welcoming and helpful. My apartment was move-in ready with just a few items that need to be repaired. However, the elevator was broken and I understand has been broken for a few weeks. I had come down with my UHaul truck full of belongings and had nowhere to put them if I didnt unload them here. What was I to do? Obviously, I am a Senior Citizen and fortunately in pretty good health so my son and I moved everything up to the 3rd floor without the elevator. I am thankful that I did not bring a bed or sofa as we would not be able to move them. However, I am sleeping on an air mattress and will not be able to get a bed until the elevator is repaired. My body was not used to that kind of exercise.I think it should be imperative in this situation that the elevator get repaired as soon as possible. We are elderly and most of us have some sort of difficulty walking up and down stairs repeatedly.Other than that, my move was fine. But please, get the elevator repaired. more ... hide ...
