To start our experience with this property, employees were very short and not very helpful over the phone. Im moving from a different state so I have been unable to come see the property in person, so we applied anyw ays based on the pictures. I called and asked when we would hear back from our application (and we paid the $200 in fees) and was told 48 hours. I have yet to hear a single word from them and its been a week. We went to visit and to tour the property, the pictures are extremely deceiving and when we went into the office it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to even recognize that we were there and we were rudely turned away from a tour even though it was our only day in the state and we had already applied. We toured many apartments that weekend and talked to many more over the phone and have never had such a bad experience. They lost a lease. more ... hide ...

Im a resident here, Ive been here for almost six years, I like my apartment, i keep to myself, Im quiet and dont bother anybody, but there are people out here who like to stir up trouble and take it upon themselves to t ry and intimidate their neighbors because they are not getting attention they think they should have, so they vandalize your property or try to create confusion with other neighbors. I tried talking to Amanda, so I got a camera. I got a patio set to sit outside and the person who keeps the confusion in the neighborhood, got a neighbor who lives in another building to walk up and down past where I live when I come out to sit on my own porch and another neighbor to open her blinds when Im out sitting on my porch. more ... hide ...

I travel 30 minutes to Crestshire Apartment in hopes of accommodation on a three-bedroom, because no one answers the phone ever. As soon as I enter the rental offices. A Hispanic male greeted me in a disgusting tone, \"C an I help you?\" I asked did they have any three-bedroom vacancies. He said \"We close\" not close for lunch, but in fact, closed down. I found it hard tobelieve because I went to the apartment complex next door but they dont accommodate three bedrooms only one and two. The manager asked me to try next door, Crestshire Apartments, I told her, I previously came from there, and they informed me they were closed down, she looked confusedshe said: \"they closed down!\" She was certain they werent. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 2 years. The complex is now under new management and a whole new maintenance staff and from what I can see they arent doing much better. The only member of the staff that has actually listened t o residents issues and responded to them is Sonia. My friend who also lives here has had MOLD growing in her laundry room for months, has notified the office and submitted requests yet nobody has even come to look at her apartment. I can never get a response to an email even if it doesnt contain a maintenance request. I was told it was the best way to contact them, but I have found the only way I can actually get in contact with someone is if I go to the office myself. The communication skills are lacking horribly, and I really do think it would solve a lot of issues. Ive just been dealing with it for 2years now so Im over it. This place is too expensive to be putting up with petty B.S. I also uploaded a photo of all the glass I still to this day continue to find around the area where I take my dogs out to go potty. Along with nails, broken sprinklers and who knows what else I will find. more ... hide ...
