I truly wanted to rent there due to the location and price; however, I was concerned with what I saw. First off, the staff was friendly, respectful, and receptive. The main issues I have with them is their approach on se curity. I will say upfront I drove the property multiple times to get a feel and envision my self living there. I came in the morning, afternoon after work and in the late evening. It was all the same. THEY LEAVE THE GATES OPEN. What is the point of the gate to be open for the general public (meaning the homeless and other unwanted people) to come on property. They have a security booth never manned. I wont even speak on the amount of trash and nonfunctional cars that should have been towed already. The first step to making improvements is to close the gates at all time which will with unwanted people coming on grounds. This will help the grounds team to maintain keeping the property clean. Thats my take. Some of the most difficult and persisting problems have the simplest solutions. Thats my take on it at least. more ... hide ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE! BUG INFESTED! UNSAFE! These apartments are disgusting. The showroom is NOTHING like the actual apartments - which have mold everywhere, water damage on the windows and blinds, cracks and crevices everyw here for bugs to get through in the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. I live on the first floor and we constantly have bugs crawling underneath our front door. They will lie about your lease agreement and are incredibly unprofessional when confronted with any type of issue. They tried to make me pay for a flea infestation when we have no animals in our apartment. The \"amenities\" are poorly kept and hardly ever available to residents. The gate has constant issues and is rarely working. Its extremely unsafe too and you will hear gunshots in the complex at least once a month. Maintenance will not fulfill your requests, and you will be ignored any time you confront them about this. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone - and it will seriously disturb your peace if you sign here. more ... hide ...
