Management charged me 500 dollors for a window replacement when it was the manufacturer who made a mistake. Look out! All of my windows have problems staying up or not pulling down. I have to get on a ladder to make sure its pulled down properly. 2 other windows wont shut properly. Of course, you will pay for everything. If they find any damages you will pay their price or get out. You will not be able to prove you are not liable. They are the law. There is not any hot water when I want to take a shower. I have to hit the reset button and wait 30 minutes to shower, constantly. I am not happy here and have lived in apartments for 15 years. more ... hide ...

From a professional standpoint this is a top management facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and the maintenance department is very helpful and fast working. We applied for my parents but were very disappointed at the run-around we got when following up. When asked where we were on the waiting list we were repeatedly told \"we are organizing the papers\" or \"The manager is in a meeting\". Not sure of why the prejudice against us. more ... hide ...

The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs. The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up. The on-site laundromat is run down and disgusting. Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water. My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before. The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew. Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldnt let me see the apartment until after I gave them the non-refundable security deposit. Usually I wouldnt have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP. Looking back, If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely wouldve chosen somewhere else. I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation. Rent is cheap but thats all it has going for it. more ... hide ...

Not worth the money. This is the most unorganized apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Theres no control or management. There are no gates to prevent robbery and there is no tow control. Its a constant battle with parkin g because we have people who feel entitled to unmarked parking spots. Theres cars that no longer work taking up parking spots. If you want to feel unsafe then this is the place. Dont bother asking for corporate because they never answer. more ... hide ...
