Ive lived here for 6 years. Nice apartments, good management.Maintenance as well kept up, too.Yes there are people that break the rules. Some of us just break them, and some of us cant help it from time to time. We are old.Much like any other apartments in the world, we get noise from the people above us. We have hardwood floors all over, except in the bedrooms there is carpet. I had an upstairs neighbor who was a nightmare. They moved. My neighbors are a delight. more ... hide ...

I usually dont report minor things, but Im so frustrated with my experience with these apartments. I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December (2021). The first week after s cheduling my appointment I stood outside the office door for 20 minutes because it said were open, come on in and the door was locked and I called multiple times and no answer then when someone did answer I they said they would be right out which was a 10 minute wait just for them to say they werent doing tours because they were going thru inspection which is understandable and to try again the following week. I called and they said they werent doing tours because of inspection again and that they werent going to have anymore tours until after the new year. So I called a week after the new year just to be told because the COVID numbers were going up they werent doing tours at all and that I would have to look virtually. I am very disappointed in this experience and will take my business elsewhere. more ... hide ...

I have tried several times to contact there office about leasing an apartment and no answer at all. I finally gave up and ended up getting a 2 bdrm at Raintree. Also Indian Falls next door are very friendly and helpful t hey wouldve for sure been my 2nd choice. Anyways do not waste your time with these people they simply do not care and just imagine how they will act once you get a 12 month lease with them¦ do not recommend, try the apartments next door to them! more ... hide ...

The inside of the apartment is awesome, spacious, the patio is also spacious, the laundry room is a great size and theres a large garden tub in the Master bedroom.The outside is a little different. I cant say the same. T he employees work so hard to keep the community clean every single day but a lot of the tenants and their kids or horrible and nasty and do not care about keeping the community clean. If u are looking for peace and quiet in your living space U WILL NOT GET IT PERIOD. Ive been here 4 years and im so miserable. I have to sleep with earplugs to tune out noises at night after 11pm and during the day I have to turn the volume on my TV to 100 to tune out the noise from children that are not disciplined whos allowed to run and jump inside the apartment. The running and jumping inside the apartment is so severe. Ive had pictures and wall decorations fall over the years.. Smells come through the vents as if u are the one cooking or smoking. I will say with all the negative things I stated the New Manager whose been here for the past 2 years is awesome, she listens and shes doing her best to get rid of all the bad seeds. 9h and we have a great Security Officer who patrols and does a great job addressing, documenting and reporting the foolishness. Sooo if anyone wants to take their chances please move to the third floor and ask to move wheres theres less noise. Thank u for reading and I hope it helps. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE more ... hide ...
