I really wanted to wait before I did a review to at least check out the apartment homes but this is ludicrous! For the last two months I have contacted the leasing office but to no avail did anyone answer the phones. I s ent a contact message as advised on the website and as we speak, I am yet to get an email response.Today, I came in person with the hopes of finding someone there but nope there was a sign on the door stating that they will return at 1pm. I got there at 11:40am. So I decided to return and met someone else waiting outside for them as well. Lo and behold, the away sign is still posted and it was 1:20pm when I arrived. It is now 1:53pm and no one has shown up.This is a clear indicator that this may not be the home for my family. It is rather unfortunate because I was looking forward to meeting the agents and possibly securing a new apartment home in the next four months. more ... hide ...

First, let me tell you what I think is good about this place:- The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive. Irma in particular is a real MVP, super prompt and very nice.- Very reasonably priced and all utiliti es included except electric- The neighbors are generally nice enough and respectful of each others space/items on the patios, etcThe things I didnt like so much are mostly that the buildings are very old with very thin walls/windows, so if you have a unit by the road, as I did, you will hear a LOT of road noise. The other main issue for me is the neighborhood, which is not the safest at night, but the complex obviously cant do much about that.Overall, I think its a decent place to stay for awhile when you first get to San Antonio and youre trying to figure stuff out. I was grateful to have this place after losing my housing in another city and relocating to SA. more ... hide ...

I usually dont review much but the incident took me to review here.. Since I am moving and changing in such difficult situation where no one want to go unnecessarily.. The lady is unprofessional when come on their en d I had an appointment and reached 10 min before started calling as I had an appointment t the lady didnt pick the phone As I was knocking on leasing office but no reasoned.. After I called 25 times the lady came out from same office and said she was in meeting where I dont want to come looks like she was alone . She took our ids and no keys no proper direction just ask go and see flat as we managed to go to apaprtment number but that was locked finally we returned with frustration and did not think to lease anything there .. Highly unprofessional as I am thinking before lease if they can do like this how people are surviving there .. Big No No No.. if I am not wrong the lady name was Crystal or something.. more ... hide ...
