A disabled and terminally ill woman lives in Fountains of Rosemeade and doesnt get her disability check until the 3rd of the month. She wasnt able to bring her rent check to the rental office on the 3rd because it was ic ed over (they didnt salt or shovel) so her wheelchair couldnt make it through. She tried to pay her rent on the 4th and they are charging her a $125 late fee because her rent wasnt paid by the 3rd. She asked the rental office as well as the corporate office (Norstar) for a one-time late fee waive and they refused. She has NEVER been late with rent in the entire 4 years that shes lived there, and this is how they treat a disabled, terminally ill woman because THEY refused to make their property safe for disabled people! HORRIBLE business practice! more ... hide ...

I just came by the leading office around 4:00 pm . I think my pay stubs were read wrong . I make $13 and hour. And \"apparently\" Im too rich for a one bedroom but poor for two bedroom . I make around $25,000 a year. No t $34,000 NOT $38,000 ¤. I personally believe that man who \"help me out\" was just excited to go home. And also dear owner so now Im too poor to be qualified . I think the website to be clear about the qualifications for the apartments . So these apartments are for individuals and families who make around $17 an hour + . So the apartments are NOT INCOME RESTRICTED WHAT A LIE. more ... hide ...
