Im not really sure where to start. The building is promising and the front office is filled with nice people. My main gripes mirror those of others: the fire alarms, parking fees, delivery service problems, difficulty ge tting guests in/out and broken elevators. The fire alarms and rising rent costs is what pushed me to move. After the 6:30a alarm today, I am happy to say Ive made the right decision. I work from home and have found myself interrupted throughout my workday by numerous alarms too many times.I stayed as long as I did because I felt locked into my lease in a way that I hadnt been in the past. At some point, I ran the cost to break my lease early and it was going to cost me upwards of $10k to get out of it which was extremely frustrating considering I was being woken up by the alarms and being interrupted throughout my workday. The parking garage is in full working order now, but there were months where the door was broken and my overly priced spot felt really useless.They utilize Fetch, a delivery service for all your packages and Ive had multiple packages lost or delivered late - in times where I needed to get something quickly, this service adds an additional 1-2 days to your delivery. Not to mention, when they switched the address, my packages got forwarded to a girl in North Seattle who had some 70+ packages at her house when I got there.The management company, Greystar, is also a nightmare to deal with. I still need to figure out whatever strange charges they charged me for in June after my \"automatic\" payment had drawn from my account.On the upside, the building has beautiful views, the staff up front is really kind and responsive, the amenities (rooftops, gym, cooking areas) are really nice. Not to mention, I will especially miss the incredibly nice residents and their amazing dogs. more ... hide ...

I think everyone here is super friendly and helpful.. even the ones that dont work here. Sure, theres lot of loiterers from the homeless.. But isnt that the point? To give the homeless a home somewhere to start? The b uilding is nice and secure and Im thankful Im in the one Im in.
