This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in!! I loved loved loved living here! Management is great...issues are taken care of immediately, maintenance is on top of things right away. Place is very clean, org anized, and occupants are friendly. Building is very well maintained and very clean! Laundry services are very affordable, outside maintenance is always spot on. Great location...park across the street, within walking distance to grocery store, library, post office. If I ever return to apartment living I am reapplying to this very location. My family and I had the pleasure of staying in their two bedroom apartment for almost 5 years, the community is something else. The maintenance crew are some of the most amazing people I have ever met, kind and compassio nate, and my goodness they were so friendly. They were part of the family in my opinion, always there to help or answer questions and even just to chat. The only reason we moved was we needed a bigger place, I can say now I regret it as the new experience is not even close. If they ever open up a 3 bed room apartment I will be first in line! Lived there for three years moved last year. The current manager is WAYYYY better than the one previously there. She was so rude and not helpful. Apartment was fine, maintenance was good, we had an issue with a small lea k in the roof above he stairs near the garage and it took several months to repair and the previous manager had bad communication. Parking was also an issue. We had a back unit and our driveway was near a turnaround spot NOT a parking spot. Large trucks would park there daily and block us in. Despite the office putting a sign up people still parked there and the tow threat was never enforced. The sign was also knocked over by a car within 2 weeks and never fixed. We also had an issue with mice that took forever to be resolved. Plowing the snow was also problematic. My husband and i worked early around 6am and the streets in the complex were usually not plowed. Overall not a bad place. We rented the room near the office a few times for events and liked it. Pool was nice. Rocky roads sucked. Street lights often burnt out. But we were able to get our entire deposit back. If youre looking still give it a try. Dont let the previous managers mistakes sway you. The current manager is great. more ... hide ...

Management is useless. Continually contacted them about issues with dogs off leash that jump on people and the owner has no control over. Once he ripped my bags and my groceries went everywhere, and the owner didnt e ven apologize or help me pick it up. I have had incidents like this at least 10 times and emailed her at lease 3 and nothing happens. more ... hide ...
